Born and raised in San Francisco, CA. John Murray began his career in 1986 when he directed a sports fitness program for Cannon Kip Community Center. Located in San Francisco’s Tenderloin district, the program’s focus was on working with under privileged, at-risk youth. Also during this early time, Murray consulted for a number of high school athletic programs in San Francisco providing strength and conditioning development instruction. 


Originally from San Francisco, CA and graduated from San Jose State University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and an emphasis in Exercise Physiology. While at San Jose State Eric was involved in many academic projects that focused on Sports Psychology, Motor Learning, and Biomechanics. In conjunction with his academic endeavors, he was a speed and development intern at the Riekes Center for Human Enhancement. He also hosted a USA Weightlifting certification program and is a certified USA Weightlifting Coach.


Born and raised in Stockton, CA. He then attended Fresno State University and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Health and Rehabilitation Sciences with a Pre-Physical Therapy option. During his time as an undergraduate Ryan worked in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy centers as a therapy aide. Following graduation, Ryan decided rehabilitation was not for him and pursued a career in strength and conditioning.
