WHAT'S IN THE PROGRAM
This is a 6-week program consisting of a complete strength and conditioning routine, three strength workouts a week, and accompanying two 1:1 video sessions to check exercise technique and address any questions over the remote program.

HIGH PERFORMANCE HEALTH (HPH)
Completed at the beginning of each training session, survey questions cover key health topics: sleep quality, nutrition, hydration and your recovery strategies.

The goal of the HPH is to stimulate an awareness in our MAD Athletes of the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Our message to them: a healthier lifestyle will have a strong positive impact on their training, their athletic performance and their overall well being.

This a way to stay update on your human performance while you are away at school or your professional team. Using the insights of your HPH, MAD will provide 1:1 guidance to help improve your human performance allowing you to compete at your highest level.
